Address: The company’s address is provided at the bottom of its website as 8749 Guinevere st, Houston, Texas-77029. As per Zillow.com, there is a residential house at this address.
This makes it very clear that it is trying to hide the information. I won’t work with a platform with such a dubious mindset.
Copied content: Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.
Returns and Exchange policy: in the site you are told that you are free to return the product if it doesn’t match what you requested and also feel free to exchange it for what you want.
Unfortunately, this return and exchange policy is unrealistic and has never been achieved.

Cheryl Thompson on February 19, 2022, said that he ordered a Christmas vacation scene for $143.00 and never received it.
He added that the house and other figures look like crap. Not items as shown on site. He emailed them and the PayPal seller and there was no response. And now he plans to file a complaint with PayPal.
Michael Taylor on January 11, 2022, had this to say “Yeah my self and my 13-year-old son ordered a Chucky doll off of optfly.com and found out shortly after that they worried fraud company or not even existent so attempts to contact them email them as well as contact them on their web page you know avail so yes they are fake scamming whatever you want to call it they got me for almost $60 so hopefully, this helps people to not go through them”
